| The Thomas Wolfe Suite has a spectacular poolside view. The parlor itself has two balconies that overlook the pool. This parlor is beautifully furnished with a table and chairs, sitting area (no sleeper sofa), kitchenette, and full bathroom. There are two sleeping rooms that connect to the parlor, one on each side. Each of these rooms has a king size bed and its own separate bathroom. The connecting rooms must be booked separately from the suite. | |||||

Carl Sandburg and O‘Henry Loft Suites |

| Our Loft Suites are known as the Carl Sandburg and O‘Henry suites. As you enter on the first floor there is a sitting area including a queen size pull out sofa and bathroom. These rooms offer large sliding glass doors with a patio. Each room has a set of stairs that lead up to the loft. The loft has a king size bed and bathroom as well. These rooms are ideal for large families or for entertaining as the “bedroom” is separate from the sitting area. Each loft has two connecting rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. Both of these connecting rooms have two double beds. The connecting rooms must be booked separately from the suite. | |||||

Charles Frazier Suite |

| The Charles Frazier Suite has a beautiful poolside view. This room includes a parlor with a full kitchen, table and chairs and sitting area. It has a large bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub. This newly constructed venue has 16,600 spacious square feet of exhibition and multi-use space. Comfortably seats up to 1,800 guests theater style and approximately 900 guests for a banquet event.. Facilities include a dedicated banquet kitchen, spacious restroom facilities, registration area, and a "green room" for concert performers. A large 2,500 square foot covered verandal enhances convention space with a beautiful view of the rolling hills of the property and will accommodate up to 200 additional people for a sit down dinner or 300 for a reception. |
